I'm not receiving push notifications from the mobile app
If you're not receiving push notifications from the kintone mobile app, it may be due to one of the following reasons.
- No "To me" notification has been sent to you.
- You're not logged in to the mobile app.
- Push notifications aren't enabled on your mobile device.
- You can't receive notifications due to a weak signal or some other reason related to your environment.
For the solution to each of these issues, see below.
1) No "To me" notification has been sent to you
A push notification is sent to your mobile device when you receive a "To me" notification on kintone.
Access kintone and check whether you have received any "To me" notifications.
2) You're not logged in to the mobile app
Log in to the kintone mobile app so that you can receive notifications.
3) Push notifications aren't enabled on your mobile device
Enable notifications on your device with the mobile app installed.
4) You can't receive notifications due to a weak signal or some other reason related to your environment
Connect to the Internet and check if you can receive push notifications.
Depending on the specifications of your mobile device, the following issues may also occur.
- Notifications may be delayed.
- Some notifications may not be received.
In some cases, push notifications may not be received due to the specifications of Android OS or iOS.
Note that kintone does not attempt to resend push notifications if they fail to be received.
