A plug-in is a packaged set of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS files used for settings or user interface customization.
Using plug-ins in kintone allows you to extend the functionality of your apps.
The steps to use a plug-in are as follows.

Adding/deleting plug-ins (App settings)

To use a plug-in from a kintone development partner or other provider, add the plug-in by importing it from the plug-in file. Make sure to only import plug-in files from trusted sources.

1. Click the Settings icon (the gear-shaped icon) at the top of kintone, then click kintone administration.

2. On the kintone administration screen, click Plug-ins under Other.

3. On the Plug-ins screen, click Add plug-in at the upper left of the screen.

4. Click Browse, then select the plug-in file to import ("***.zip").

   • Import the plug-in file in zip format.
   • The maximum file size for a plug-in is 100 MB.

5. Click Import.

The plug-in is successfully added when it appears in the Imported plug-ins list.
To update the imported plug-in, import the latest version of the plug-in file. The process is the same as importing a new plug-in.

After the plug-in is added by a kintone administrator, app administrators need to add the plug-in in the settings of individual apps.
Adding/deleting plug-ins (App settings)

Garoon Scheduler Connector can be added for free from the Plug-in marketplace.

1. Click the Settings icon (the gear-shaped icon) at the top of kintone, then click kintone administration.

2. On the kintone administration screen, click Plug-ins under Other.

3. On the Plug-ins screen, click Install next to the plug-in you want to install.

4. Click OK.
   The plug-in is successfully added once its status changes to Installed. Plug-ins added from the Plug-in marketplace are automatically updated to the latest version.
   After the plug-in is added by a kintone administrator, app administrators need to add the plug-in in the settings of individual apps.
   Adding/deleting plug-ins (App settings)

To delete a plug-in, click the Uninstall icon (the trash can-shaped icon to the right of the plug-in) on the Plug-ins screen.
Then, click Uninstall. The plug-in will be deleted.

To remove a plug-in from an individual app, click the Remove icon at the right of the plug-in on the app's Plug-ins screen.
